The metal is bright & beautiful. Definitely heavy duty (unless you sit on it!). Easily adjusts to sides of tub at all locations... add a good book, a couple of candles, a little incense - and "all is well".
My wife just loves this caddy and the bookstand was an excellent addition to this product! Highly recommended.
I have a claw tub and very little storage in my bathroom. This is so helpful to hold soap, shampoo, etc. and I LOVE the convenience of ordering online and picking it up in the store. I thought I was going to have to drive to specialty stores and pay a fortune for this and I didn't. Way to Go, Walmart!
This is a great sturdy caddy! The arms are rubberized, so it grips to the sides of the tub very well, even when you only have about an inch of tub rim to work with. The removable book/magazine holder works well and has height adjustments on it.

I bought the bathtub caddy with bookstand as a Christmas gift for my grandmother. The product looks beautiful and would be perfect except the bookstand will not fit on the caddy as tight and secure as it should. My grandmother hasn't used it yet because she wants me to try to get a new one. Other than the bookstand problem I would recommend that others buy this product.
I looked at a lot of different bath caddies and this one definitely was the best value even with express shipping. The only thing I could imagine making this caddy better would be a better glass holder and telescoping arms that help the book open. Near perfect product!
