This epoxy-fortified formula dries to a durable, UV-resistant, satin finish that resists scuffing, peeling, blistering, and fading. Epoxy-Seal is easy to maintain, making it perfect for both interior and exterior high-traffic areas including garage floors, driveways, shop floors, basements, pool decks, walkways, patios, porches, and more. New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30 days before applying sealer. Apply with solvent-resistant 38 IN nap roller or nylonpolyester brush. I use this paint on my basement floor and it works great the key is preparing your floor first and making sure it's clean and free from dust anything else like tile glue etc... Have your floor properly prepared before hand and the paint will work
If you can, pick it up ship to store so that they can put it in the paint shaker. Buy at least double than they say you need. It doesn't go very far. Seems to be durable, but we'll see as time goes by.
