This is a well made, good looking metal faucet. One thing though that is a little irritating. Though it doesn't show it in the product photo, this is a 3 hole unit and comes with a hose and sprayer. If you're not set up for a sprayer, and still want to use this faucet, you will probably have to visit your local hardware store and purchase a cap to plug the center hole. You will also need to be sure that there is a center hole in the sink because even unused, the sprayer connection hangs down a bit. All in all, this is a very nice unit.

Was looking for a quick cheap replacement and this is exactly that. It's very light and feels not very sturdy but for the price I wouldn't expect much better.
According to the manufacturer, the Exquisite Green non-metal product line was developed to meet California lead-free standards, and I bought this faucet after reading their brochure. It was not the quality we expected, and the faucet was not installed because it's light-weight and the handles seemed flimsy. We spent $3 more and got a Peerless basic-model metal faucet, instead. It's less stylish, but more durable.
It is not metal at all, even the "finish" is fake and flaky. The whole thing feels like it's going to break if you looks at it the wrong way let alone touch it.
Bought this faucet expecting it to be exquisite. Was an exquisite joke of a faucet.
The description for this product states twice that it is stainless-steel, it is not. When you finally get the package- it states on the box that it is non-metal. It is very thin plastic not steel. I would imagine this thing will not last one day in our house (kids). It is a waste of money.
Bought and installed this 2 days ago. The assembly is cheap and plastic despite what the previous reviewer said. Today my Mom shut off the faucet that I was proud to have bought and installed for her only to have the handle snap right off. And there is no listed number on the booklet it came with and it's limited instruction sheet. It's just an address. So looks like I will be contacting customer service to see if I can get a handle without pulling the whole thing out and leaving my Mom without a faucet for weeks.
