I was terrified to use nail clippers on my little because worrying about making childs fingers bleed from cutting too close to the skin.But I love this,it was so easy to use on our tiny newborn.It files her nails so nice and smooth,and prevented her from scratching herself.So much better!!!!

This electric file worked great for my 4month old on the lightest grit, and then a little tougher grit for my 4 year old! My one regret is not buying it when my first child was a baby. It's so much easier than a nail clipper! I like the clockwise and counterclockwise feature.
I want to by this for every new parent. After trying to clip my babies nails and accidentally getting him a few times (we have a wiggle worm), I was done. With this file, I can use it while he is sleeping and it doesn't even hurt him if it touches his skin. I have used it a few times on my nails and am also impressed. Life-saver
I think it's safe to say that my baby likes it. We could never get her to sit still for a nail file and we were too scared to use the nail clippers but this works like a dream!
