Sturdy shoe and for a great price. I got them on clearance... Thought my 13-month-old might trip on the thick rubber sole, but they aren't bad at all.
These "comforstart" sandals really do appear to be comfortable. I'd ask my toddler son, but he isn't talking yet. :) They have a plush sole, and the underside of the 'leather' is lined with a soft material, so the entire foot is surrounded by softness and comfort. They open and close via velcro on the back/side of the heel, not across the top of the foot like many sandals. They are easy to get on and off and seem to stay on well. My son has yet to wiggle out of them. They may run a big large. I ordered a size 6 toddler for my son and shortly after placing the order, I decided he needed to move up to a size 7. I assumed that I'd have to return these sandals once they arrived, but they fit nicely. Definitely recommend - they look so nice on, much more expensive-looking than the actual cost!
I purchased these sandals a couple of weeks ago and love them. I did not know what to expect from a $10 pair of sandals. They are very, very nice. Take it from a mom who loves to shop at Janie & Jack for her children's clothes. The quality is fantastic and looks like I spent a lot more than $10. There is a con to them though like the other mom indicated they do come off easily especially if you have a son who likes to see how things work by cause and effect....
to heavy, never stay on feet.
