I ordered this product to melt chocolate in for the chocolate fountain for my daughter's birthday. It worked great. I would recommed this to anyone.
Got this for my mom for Christmas and she was pleased with it.
I absolutely love this double boiler. It is even larger than I had expected. I have already used it 5 times in the last month. I wanted one for a while but had put it off. At Christmas my family always makes candy and we always make it at my grandmothers because she is the only one who has a double boiler. We still make candy at my grandmothers, but now I can make some at home if I want. And having more than one pan makes it soooooo much faster.
I have been looking for a double boiler for years. I sometimes forget about it until I need one so I really never thought to buy one since they are usually a lot closer to $100.00. When I saw this one and that it is ANODIZED and FARBERWARE I figured it was a win win. It was the easiest time I ever had making CARAMEL APPLES and clean-up was a breeze. I highly recommend it if you are looking for one, also the 3 qt pot is a great addition to any kitchen. I find myself using the pot more then I thought becuase of its slightly bigger but not too big size.
