If you are looking for a computer that is every thing you could ever want in an all around machine this is it. Quiet and easy to operate. I have owned 6 computers and this by far is the best yet. Thanks Dell for a great machine.
The computer arrived on time and was easy to set up. I went from Win XP to this (Win 8.1) and was really worried about using the program. I have been very surprised how fast some of the basics can be learned. I just wish a basic instruction booklet had been included which would have saved me some time and headache.
I set the computer up and it would not connect to the internet, I tried everything the troubleshooting suggested and nothing worked. Returned for refund with no problems. Everyone was courteous and professional about the return.
