I purchased these shoes based on my granddaughter's shoe size but that was wrong. If you want these you must order based on the child's age because a size 8 is NOT for a 3 year old it is for a 24 month old. I needed a size 10 for a 3 year old but her actual shoe size is 8. I had to return them and they didn't have anymore to exchange. I was disappointed because I thought they were really cute and practical for running around the house in. Seemed odd to me but that's the way they have it.
