I ordered this online. It took about a week to receive it. It came in a brown box with air packaging. I paid about $10 including shipping. The best price I found online. It's easy to put together. Don't spell the oil when trying to remove plastic cap, like I almost did. The doul (small wood cylinder) that connects to the wood top was screw on. It was a little difficult to put together. That could be user error. I'v had it put together now for about two weeks and it's doing it's job, keeping my room smelling good. I first noticed my office conference room had one and it covered the entire conference room that seats about eighteen people. I like it.
I was pleasantly surprised with this product. Good scent, not overly sweet or strong, attractive bottle, easy to put together. I will definately get more.
