The scent only last for about three days, rather than a week as advertised. And when you think of it a week is not that long for the price you pay for refills. The flameless light is nice, however after less than two weeks the duracell batteries seem to be wearing out. I am having to take them out and reload them. I don't wish to buy more batteries in less than two weeks for this item. The store I purchased this from only had green tea available at the time. The scent does remind me of green tea, which is okay. My husband did not care for the smell and while it wasn't my favorite it didn't stink.
The flickering light was a nice touch. When first opened, the shade was powerful and smelled good. However, after a couple days the smell disappeared. It's overpriced to get just a few days of scent. I ended up throwing away the whole unit because it's a hassle to buy refills that aren't going to last long. Thumbs down.
I found this item on sale for $3.75 and figured I would try it. I bought two of the starter kits in this fragrance (the only one available) It was very strong and smelled so nice. My husband loved the scent. By the next day I could not smell it at all, and by the third day I didn't even bother turning it on. I'm glad I purchased it when it was on sale. Otherwise I would have been out $30 for the set. (Purchased at Walgreens where they sell for 14.99!)
