Great option for small-medium business for taxes and other important documents needed to be kept for a few years in storage. We use these all year round for storage but specifically for long term storage. Easy to read once labeled on both sides and file and stack.
I have used many types & brands of storage boxes over the years. These are by far the easiest to assemble & much more affordable than the rest. I also like that they can be ordered in singles, a case of 4 or a case of 10 to accommodate our needs & budget.
The StorFile boxes from Banker's Box are super easy to put together and hold a lot of things - not just files. The boxes are well made and very sturdy and have helped me with packing up two homes and an office for an upcoming move.
I file hundreds of folders a day and am constantly building boxes. It is quick and easy to build and strong enough to support the weight of even the heaviest files. Their professional appearance makes my office look clean and organized.
Love Bankers Boxes! We have to keep our records for at least 7 years, so everything goes into Bankers Boxes, labeled on front and back, and into the storage room! We can move them around, sift through them easily due to the lift-off lids, stack them on top of each other, reuse them, and never have to worry about them getting crushed or breaking down. Bankers Boxes are our only choice for storing our important documents!

I use these boxes to store my crafts and sewing supplies. My sewing room always looks extremely neat. This is the best solution for organizing a messy looking room that I have found. I am comfortable sewing and crafting in a room that all I have to do is put everything back in the box and close it and the room is neat and organized again. I can put my hands on anything I need in seconds and not spend valuable time looking for what I want. GREAT BOXES!!!
I recently had to get rid of my storage unit outside the home due to the fact they unit price was way to high and I wasn't sure what was even in there. I decided to use a small spare room for storage and wanted to use storage boxes. Well, that was the best thing I did. I have a nice neat store room with 120 banker boxes neatly stacked and marked. I have them stacked 9 high. They are very sturdy, hold a lot of items and weight. I am thrilled with the way they look. The best thing I ever did.
OMG so boxy. The cardboard just sings to you. The printing and the lid and how it all makes you feel is something quite special. I am moved to tears.
I use dozens of these boxes annually for both home and work use. I love that the manufacturing process isn't wasteful and the size is just right for what is needed. They stay strong when stacked and are easy to move. We appreciate the reasonable price and durability. The boxes we turn into our library are kept so it's nice to have an option that can be replaced regularly.
