This is the best form of iron supplement to take! It's gentle on the stomach and is highly absorbed by our bodies. I have been taking it for almost ten years. No other iron supplement works as well.
I do not have any side effects from this iron vitamin it's gentle on an empty stomach.

This is the best OTC supplement I have ever taken. Helps with my anemic condition and does not turn my stool black as some other iron supplements have.
I have low iron, I did a lot of research when the regular iron supplements weren't helping. Fesol bifera was the the second highest recommended brand. The other brand was 3x as expensive. My numbers stopped dropping and slowly ticked up after starting feosol bifera. It is expensive, I take 3/day, it adds up, but still cheaper than an iron infusion. It is also much more gentle on my digestion and no iron burps.
