Loved this product for years and it is hard to find. It is the best I have ever used for my dry, long, thin fine hair. Makes it soft and shiny. Not a fan of the scent, but it doesn't last long

Dislike I ordered 2 different finesse combination shampoos however we received all the same we were hoping the one which was a single bottle of finess strengthening shampoo (the other order was of 3 finesse the same)would be sent and we could return the single bottle of finesse combination we would be able to return.
Received this today with a crack on the bottom of the bottle. It had leaked out soaking the box and also over the bag of chocolates I had ordered. Tried to hit the RETURN button on my order, but it opened a window that said that the page was not available.
The original shampoo was wonderful - I used it for years. It is still pictured but every time I order it they send one that is fragranced with Camille. I am highly allergic to fragrance. The label is exactly the same half way down the bottle. I don't believe the pickers take time to read it thoroughly. I have had to give up and find a new shampoo that doesn't work anywhere near as well as the original Finesse did.
