I am so pleased with this bedspread. I wanted something not too heavy so I could pop it in the washer. (I have two dogs that love to greet us in the morning by rolling around on the bed.) But it is heavy enough to use all year round and I live where it gets way way below zero. I got the shams too. They are really big. I like to prop up in bed to read so I put an extra pillow and a old quilt in each one and they work perfectly. The green may be a little different than what you are expecting. It has a bit of a teal color but worked well anyway with my dark green roman shades.
I really like my new bedspread. The colors are great and it is made very well.
I'm very happy with the quality and look of this product. I've been unhappy with comforters and quilts that don't cover the bed properly, especially on the sides. This bedspread helps make the bed look much neater by coming down nearly to the floor, even with an extra thick mattress and a feather bed. It's also long enough to cover the pillows properly.
Had to throw out a spread I got at Anna's after a few months. This spread is made well and I know will last for quite a while. The material is great...the colors are perfect for my bedroom...and my mini doxie even loves it! So you see we both are very happy with this online purchase
Some of the reviews have said that the spread snags easily, however, that is only on the back of the spread, the material on the front is durable and strong. Washes and dries like a dream. The shams are equally lovely.
I loved the bedspread! I intend to purchase another one soon. This is for the bed at our cabin, and I wanted some nice, but not fancy. Wanted a bedspread vs. comforter set. It fits nicely and is not too heavy or too lightweight.
Finding an easy to wash kingsize bedspread is not easy and this one fits the bill. I'd love to own several so some solid colors would be nice but the washability is amazing. We have lots of animals that think the bed is the best place to be sick so being able to throw it in the washer every week or two is a great treat compared to all the giant fluffy comforters and spreads out there.
This is a great bedspread for the money. It's lightweight yet warm and washes beautifully; HOWEVER, do not dry it on a hot setting. Because it was a poly/cotton blend, I didn't think it would shrink, but it did: 5 inches in both length and width for the queen size. Since I don't want to use a bedskirt, I might buy another and give the first one to someone with a full-size bed. If you get this bedspread, dry it on a low setting or hang it out to dry.
I love this spread. It is a true king size that goes all the way to the floor on both sides and the foot of the bed so you don't need a bedskirt. Everyone sells comforters these days and the kings are not long enough. It is very nice looking on the bed.
I used the ship-to-store shipping method and that was great! The bedspread is lightweight and very nice quality a great product for the money. I recommend this product.
