This is a great product. It's difficult to even find bedspreads these days - most seem to be quilts or comforters. These are great, summer weight bedspreads. I'm going to use them on bunk beds at my summer cottage, and I think they are perfect!
I bought this for my mother who wanted a light weight spread. Very pretty. More of a terra cotta color than red. A lightweight, yet quality woven spread.
I was looking for a bedspread for each of my twin boys beds, tired of fighting with a dust ruffle, getting it to stay on and straight. This bedspread was just what I wanted, good price and nice color. The only drawback was that I had to order a matching sham from another online company, as when I bought this bedspread it was clearance and I could not get both colors of shams I needed. (I purchased both red and blue of thsi item)
Nice bedspread for the money. Comfortable, not itchey. Fits a king nicely and drapes to the floor. I would advise washing in Woolite and cold water though so it does not shrink. Bought the red, not 'too plaid' looking as in the picture. Nice colors for my room.
I puchased this bedspread earlier in 2009 and even with my cocker spaniel sharing it with me every evening, it still looks great. The colors are still rich and the fabric holds up to frequent washings. I'm thinking of buying a "back-up" because when and if I retire the one I have, I'll want the exact same thing!
I needed a light, washable bedspread because our cats like to sleep on the bed during the day. The color was perfect, not a bright red, but rather a rust color. It was a great buy, even better than I had hoped for.
This bedspread was just as pictured and the colors go well with the items I already have. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it will stand up to laundering. Keep in mind this is a bedspread, not a comforter. It is not thick or especially warm. I'm actually using it on 1 of our couches where our dog (very spoiled) sleeps at night.
This bedspread meets my needs. Do not get this if your looking for warmth or a thick cover, it is very thin. I am very hot natured when I sleep, so its perfect for me. There is no backing on it though and it snaggs easy. It is not red. its more of a dark orange or salmon.
I gave this to my dad at Christmas and he loved it. It is very light which is what he likes since he uses blankets under his covers anyway. He has a little dog that sleeps with him so he can just put it in the washer with ease. It is not heavy so if you are looking for that then this is not for you. But was perfect for him!
I purchased 2 Fiona plaid bed cover(red) 3 weeks ago, To coordinate with my curtain Chino Mainstay tab top (red/white). First time, i got disappointed with my online purchased. I was expecting it is a real deep red, the color is not red. It is more like lighter paprika or salmon color. The material is good but not advisable for winter weather, because it is light. Since, I didnt like the color I decided to return it. Only the color, is the reason why I returned the item, I highly recommend it to anyone, it is a good quality bed cover.
