The Lumina Wood Burning Fire Pit is a fantastic addition to our patio. It looks great and burns perfect! I highly recommend this fire pit!!!
Good size bowl I used 3 logs but could have used more.
Based on previous reviews, I expected to have a difficult time assembling this pit. It arrived today and I had it together in 10 minutes with no problems. People mentioned having difficulty aligning the holes, so here's a hint. Put in both screws loosely for each leg and then tighten them when they're both in. On the fire bowl rim, put in all four screws loosely and then tighten them when they are all in. I haven't used the pit yet, but it looks sturdy and nobody else seems to have had a problem with use, so I don't anticipate any problems there.
The Fire Sense Lumina with Bowl Depth (in.): 17, Bowl Length (in.): 26, Bowl Width (in.): 26) – perfect dimensions for a fire pit that doesn't require lots of space. The round steel wood burning fire pit in a beautiful Coppertone finish that ascents any backyard setting. You actually feel like you got a good value for your money when you simply look at the elegant style and sturdy components of the fire pit. One point to note is the protective screen that comes with it to capture flying ambers while in use. You don't get that with the custom stone fire pits unless you custom design one. The design of the fire pit including the elevated screen under at the bottom provides for an airflow that required to keep a good burning fire. Assembly only required a few parts (see my pics), but some of the holes didn't align properly so a little nudging was required (no big deal). There is a dedicated customer service line to call if help is required, but it's easy enough to assemble. The product also comes with a Fire Tool that can be used to lift or position the screen top or the firewood. It comes with a one year warranty that can be extended by another year if you leave a review on their website – a good deal. Excellent product and good price value.
I bought this a month ago and so happy I did...looks beautiful on deck, fires burn evenly and I love how deep it is..Love Love Love it!
We recently ordered this and finally put it together. The instructions were a little confusing, but we figured it out and it took about 45 minutes to assemble. Some of the pieces and the holes for screws were not lined up well or easily, so it took two of us: one to hold it the pieces in place and the other to put in the screws. We took it outside and have now enjoyed two campfires in our city backyard! The pit itself is nicely designed to create good airflow for a sustainable fire. It is attractive and a good size. We are happy with out purchase!
This copper firepit is very high end for the price of $89.00 Definately worth the money. The handle could be a bit nicer with more or better washers. Lining up the holes in the mounting of the rim to the copper base was a bit tricky but doable. Makes a beautiful addition to my deck.
Just got this fire pit and was able to put it together myself, so that's a big plus! I really like the way it looks, and it's just the right size for my small patio. Haven't used it yet but I look forward to spending evenings with friends around the fire. Now I just need to get some sort of cover to protect it from the rain, then rust.
Suits our needs to enjoy a small fire while sitting in our side yard. I suggest storing this fire pit upside down, with the fire screen and grate underneath while not in use, to protect from rusting. One small bolt did not fit properly in one of the legs, but we managed to drive it in on an angle to safely secure the leg. Nice little piece that adds to the ambiance in our little evening oasis.
We've not used the fire pit just yet...planning to use over Christmas week with the family. Assembly was fairly easy and that might have been easier with a second pair of hands. The quality appears to be above what I've seen in our local market. Looking forward to our first fire.
