The guitar meets my expectations for the price I paid. It has a basic level quality and so are the strings. However, for the price you pay and for a kid to start his/her first steps in playing guitar, this product serves this purpose. The small amplifier (runs on batteries) is powerful enough for one to play in his/her room and provides sufficient quality of sound.
