The ship to store process was very easy. the harp sounds great and is very easy to use. It is a xmas present so I don't know yet how my 6yo will do, but I think he will love it!
I purchased a First Act Lap Harp a year ago and have enjoyed playing it. I frequently play it for my mother who is in a nursing home. (It is small and lightweight and easy to transport.) The other residents enjoy it also. Recently I purchased two more for my 8-yr. old twin grandsons after they showed great interest in playing it. What a great little instrument! And the sound is soothing. Thank you!
My daughter really enjoys her lap harp and it is very easy for her to learn. The quality of the harp isn't the best but it is worth the price I payed.
My family loves the Lap Harp. Very easy to use and follow instructions. The only negative is getting the initial tuning proper. They should include a tuning key or something. It took my husband and I a few days to get the proper keys tuned. My 3 and 4 year old daughters love it, too.
