replaced expired alarms and works like it should. I'm happy.
just took a couple minutes to put up all 4 to replace my old ones. No men required to install!! lol
I truly want to thank the Walmart delivery representative for ringing my doorbell and announcing the delivery. His actions are truly appreciated.
First Alert has always been the best in smoke alarms
Quick ship; quality product
Easily re-connected to my old wiring. Slightly larger than my old smoke detectors, so the installation covered over the discolored ceiling area of the old smoke detector.
Came on time easy to install great directions.
That I could buy in bulk.
I've had this model in my house since it was built 7 years ago, and they have been good, except for when they are not. Multiple times in the past year one unit got to the point where I was having to put a new 9V battery in every few months because it would randomly go off in the middle of the night. Had my wiring checked, and the only thing the electrician said could be the issue was one detector was bad. Since they are all interconnected, I changed them all (these things need to be replaced after several years anyway). If I had the paperwork from when we built, I would have been filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer for the one offender. Bright side, same model, same manufacturer, and they come with batteries, so the change over took less than 10 minutes.
i sent a request April 29 2014 to make one alarm stop beeping solid green lightand red blinking light work but one of them is beeping.
