After having had to stop several times during the last 10 months at various fast food restaurants to warm our baby's bottle, and hope for hot water, I finally broke down and bought this bottle warmer. I should have done this alot sooner. It has been a life saver everytime. It takes a little while to warm, but it beats having to go out of our way to hope to find a decent place to warm her bottle. I highly recommend this to anyone that goes anywhere with a baby. I will give this to all my girlfriends at their baby shower!

I love this product. This product works for me. I like to go out with my baby and before buying this product, I had to find somewhere to warm up the baby's bottle. I found myself in stores asking the employees if they can warm up the baby's bottle for me. Thats when I knew I had to buy a bottle warmer pronto. The bottle warms up fast, and by the time the baby wakes up, her milk is ready for her. I definetly recommend it.

I recently was stuck in car with my crying hungry 2 and a half month old baby boy.I had no way to heat his ice cold bottle.I decided then and there to find something to make shur that never happened again.I found this and it is really nice.It doesn't heat as warm as the stove. My baby is on ready to feed formula wich has to be refidgerated. But it does warm bottle to a room temp. You can heat warmer depending on how bad baby wants to eat by pushing button again.Definatly beats feeding baby ice cold bottle!!!!

I think the price on this bottle warmer is a little steep, but I bought it because of the good reviews. And then I paid a large amount to have it rush shipped because I thought I was going to need it in a few days (didnt, but it got here super fast). So I really paid almost $30 for the thing. I used it the other day finally for the first time and WOW does it work well! My daughter is 11 weeks old and likes her bottles fairly warm, not room temp. It warms them just right! Although it took me a while to figure out how to use it. Sounds stupid, I know, but my hubby threw out the directions so I plugged it in (very hard to plug in folks, make sure you get it in all the way) and I pressed the on button then the 5oz button and waited. I went to feed her and the bottle was cold. I thought, "This is a piece of junk" but then my nearly 4 year old son said "Why don't you press 5 first then the on button, mama?" I pushed the 5oz first then the on button and WHOOP it heated right up! So I just had the order backwards! PUSH THE OZ BUTTON BEFORE ON! DON'T LOOK LIKE A FOOL IN FRONT OF YOUR PRESCHOOLER! At first I was like "Yeah, sure son, changing the button order is gonna make it take off" but it did! So he said "I told you so!" And I looked really silly. My husband got a good laugh and my son felt pretty mighty to solve the case of the non-working bottle warmer. Other than that, it takes about 5-10 mins to heat, so if your little one isn't ready to eat when it's done, just leave it in the warmer. It will keep for about 30 mins before going cold again. Also, you can just turn it back on. The only thing I don't like is that my son can't touch it. It gets really hot on the outside as well so you have to pay attention if you are using the back seat outlet to warm it (often the case for us because we have out GPS plugged in on the front one and a cell charger). I don't think it will burn any little hands, but just as a precaution. It basically does what it is supposed to do so I would TOTALLY recommend it. I like to warm the water first then add the formula when the water is warm... that way warm formula wont go bad.

Great item not so great with drop ins but can work

My latest son has a naturopathic formula made fresh every day or so. As we use real milk (goat milk) I am always worried about it going off so anytime we go out we put at least 2 cool packs in the bag with the cold bottles. We use drop ins as they work so well with no gas and my son likes his milk quite warm as I not long ago finished nursing him. This warmer is a great idea and I am sure with normal bottles would not have any issues t all but you do have to do a little extra with drop ins. What I do is make sure the bottom is tucked in a little around the bottle then with my 4oz bottle at very cold I use the 8oz setting twice and that warms it up nicely. I did not want to carry an extra bottle just for warming as then I would have issues of cleaning it while out if I have to use it more then once. I tried using a breast milk bag thinking they would be easy to carry, use then throw away, yeah this did not work as it heated threw the bag and made it shrivel and get a whole, milk everywhere!! Also laying the bottle on its side does work but then I sometimes get a leaky bottle and even on its side I still end up with 1 1/2 8 oz heating just because I have them so cold (we live in ID and currently have 90degree weather). Finally I would say don't forget it's there, I have now purchased 2 (wish they sold these in my local stores)as my first one I stupidly plugged into the back console on my second row, forgot it was there and flipped the seats forward in my Trailblazer ext to let my nieces into the 3rd row. Needless to say it smashed the unit out the socket and smashed the end off. I was able to splice a basic 12volt plug on the cable but had to remove the buttons and so it took a LOT longer to heat a bottle plus I was always concerted it might burn the car if I set it on before I went into the store to have warm milk when I came out (as I do quite often with the proper unit). Hope this helps.

I read many reviews and seen lots of negative reviews about this item. But like the title of my review stated " This works for me doesn't mean it will for others ". Difference babies/parents have different like. So I figured to give it a shot. For me...this works fine it get my baby's milk to the just right warm temp..not too hot, not too cool and my baby, my wife and I loves it. The only complaint from my wife is it takes a-bit too long 5-10 minute then it auto turn itself off. But at lease it works and also prevent us from pulling into an exit to look for a place that have hot water to warm the milk while we are traveling. ( REMEMBER.. YOU 1ST HAVE TO SELECT THE 5OUNCE/8OUNCE THEN THE ON BUTTON. ) It won't works if you do it any other ways. :)

not great for "drop in" style

It's a simple wrap that goes around the bottle, I guess I didn't look at the product all that well, I was thinking it was a steam warmer. I believe it would work great with a regular hard plastic bottle, but we use the liner bags. The heater can be made to use with those too - just takes a bit more thought and time... If using a liner type bottle, you have to ensure the you lie the heater and bottle down on the side that the element is on. Probably easier to just get a few regular plastic bottles for traveling...

I bought this because my husbnd and I are always on the go and we needed something to warm up our sons bottles. The first time we used this, we realized that it would take awhile to heat up a 4 oz bottle. If I would have known, I would have used the money to purchase a thermos and carry around hot water which takes less than 5 minutes.

I got this product a few weeks ago for on the go botttle warming. It doesn't fit into the cup holder at all, and I had the thing plugged in for about a half an hour and it didn't get warm at all! I returned it and got the Munchkin car bottle warmer. It is still a little bulky once the bottle is in there, but gets HOT and heats up my Dr. Browns bottles in just 5-10 minutes! It does fold up nicely and fit in my smaller diaperbag.
