Motherboard broke in 2 months, bad service calls

Two service calls-one from where we bought the product and the second from F & P. First guy thought it was the door switch. He fixed it and it broke 1-2 weeks later. Called manufacturer. Husband made appointment. Appointment was cancelled bc repair person needed to travel to other location. This was not communicated to husband. Ok, mistake made. Adding insult to injury the customer service person was rude. (Old adage: it's ok to wrong but loud and wrong!) We can get over it. Repair person comes out. He is nice, tells us it's the motherboard. We asked eta on part. He replied longer than a week. (I forget.) he said he would try to overnight it, but he did not think possible. Turns out not possible. We make another appointment few weeks down the road due to availability of technicians. Husband said that is just too far out. Customer service responded that they cannot take away someone's appointment. Remember they did that to us initially, denied it rudely, did not overnight product, and did not apologize. So far 7 weeks without a microwave. I think we just got a bad model, but think twice about buying bc when it needs to be fixed, it's difficult. To their credit, they extended our warranty. As someone who worked in customer service, kindness goes a long way. If either of these service phone people were emohathetic, apologetic I probably would not be writing this review. Husband is still talking about this (what so and so said-not so much being without the microwave).
