I was so excited when this tub was given to me as a gift. It was very helpful. My daughter was a preemie and only weighed 4lbs 3ozs when she was brought, so she was very tiny. The tub made is so much easier for me to give her a bath because it has a mesh hammock that goes over the tub that you can just lay the baby on. I totally recommend this product to anyone with a newborn.
This was an excellent purchase. The sling was extremely useful for the first couple months of bathing a newborn. Once we took the sling off, our child sad in the end that has a seat and reclined, since she could not sit up by herself still. This was also a very feature. Now our child is 7 months old and loves to sit in the big end and splash and play with the toys the bath came with. I highly recommend this item, and often buy it as a baby gift for others.
This is my favorite tub because it is great for an infant with the sling, it has a little bump in the bottom to keep the baby from sliding down. It has a deeper side that can accomodate a 1 year old. My son had the froggy tub first but he out grew it and his feet stuck out after he was about 6 months old. He also has a munchkin nflatable ducky tub I found in the Walmart store that I love. But this one has the greatest overall value because it can be used for infant to toddler!
This was one of my favorite baby shower gifts, and I loved it even more once my baby arrived. This is one of the few bathtubs that offers a sling that cradles your newborn while you bathe him or her. I did have one that had a duck a few years ago but it broke quickly.
This tub was so helpful to support my child while being bathed it let me have my hands free to bath my child and the mate is able to be washed in the washing machine to kill all the germs.
I love this bath tub! The baby is securely in the hamock like thing in the tub. I can use both hands to wash Casey instead of holding him with one hand. It makes bath time fun. Also he loves to just lounge in the warm water in the tub. I LOVE IT
Everyone needs a beginer tub and this makes it easier, bringing the baby to table level. My son is now 2 months old and he does not fit in there correctly. I look at the photos and they seem great, but he's 24in long and 12lbs10oz and he is to big for the "lounger" part and doesnt sit up yet. This makes i dificult. Theres a butt support in a strange place making any other positions dificult.
This product was great When my twins were first because they were so small. Now they are too big for the sling but aren't able to sit up on their own so it is hard to bathe them in it. I'm sure once they are able to sit up on their own it will be very helpful again.
nice tub, but it won't fit in your kitchen sink. i got this tub as a babyshower gift and thought it was great, but when i tried to use it in the kitchen sink......well it didnt fit. i ended up buying another one that was about $9.00.
This tub was great for my son when he was a newborn but once he outgrew the sling it was horrible! He was too big for the sling but not able to sit on his own yet. Because of the design of this tub and it's lack of padding or support, he kept slipping and sliding around making it impossible to wash him because it took 2 hands just to hold him up. Lots of other moms I know had the same problem. Now I have to buy another tub. I wish I had never bought this one. There are much better tubs out there - Don't waste your money.
