My husband and I love playing basketball so we ordered it for our 3 year old son because we wanted him to start learning. Its perfect for all ages because it adjusts to many sizes. My 3 year old is able to throw the ball into the basket. And when my husband and I play one on one, we adjust it to the tallest size. Plus the prize is very affordable.

We love this!! Very sturdy holds up against 2 boys 6 and 10 we put on 5 and 6 feet. It is inside but you do need the sand or water. We used water. So much fun!!!

Nice quality product that will last for years because it grows with the player. Much more useful than some of the hoops that are one size and a child outgrows it quickly. I thought it was a bit pricey but believe it was worth it because it won't be an obsolete toy within a year.

My son LOVES this basketball hoop. He is only 18 months old but he is playing with it like a champ! I had read the reviews of people having trouble putting this together. I was able to put it together myself with no problems and the instructions even say to use liquid soap or a bar of soap to help slide the pieces together. It probably would have taken me less time if I hadn't had a little helper but even then it only took about 20 minutes. My husband and son love to play basketball together and spend hours having fun.

The directions for assembly were not as straightforward as one might have wanted. Assembly required some muscle to force parts together while still using appropriate care as not to cause damage to the produce. It was a birthday present for a 3 yr old and proved to be just right at its lowest height for the budding superstar. Comes with ball, net and ball return scoop with height adjustable pole and water-filled base.

This basketball set is by far stinger and sturdier than other similar product. Our 20 month old boys can barely make a basket at this time, but I'm confident that this will last them several years. The only thing you should know is that some of the pieces fit so tightly together, it will require a quite a bit of strength.

It's a bit of a pain to get the columns to fit into the base, but I really like this basketball set overall and so does my 21 month old son. I like that he'll be able to use it for years if we take reasonable care of it.

Very sturdy basketball unit. It is very sturdy and has a return feature for the basketball once it goes through the hoop which is good. I purchased this for my 2.5 year old grandson and he loves it. I would make sure you have ample storage space as this takes up a bit of room.

Wal-Mart's price $46.99 was the best I could find for this Fisher-Price - I Can Play Basketball. Shipping was very fast. It was delivered literally in just a few days, much faster than I expected. I think it was via UPS and I had a tracking number so I could see exactly when to expect the box. As far as the product itself, everything seems to be great. Getting the lower pole into the hole is a bit of a struggle but I take that as an advantage because it will also stay stable instead of getting loose with some use. My kid already played with it and enjoys it. I will definitely need to fill in the stand with sand for more stability. For my kid that will make a difference because he manages very easily to pull the whole thing down to the floor. I am hearing that putting water into the base is not as good especially if you leave it outside in the winter. The water in the base may freeze and burst the base. So sand will be my choice even though I am not intending to keep the basketball outside. The assembly instructions are not bad. Maybe the only thing I would change in this set is the size of the ball and make it just a little bit bigger.

l purchased this goal for my grand kids 3 & 6. the 3 year old likes the lowest level while the 6 year old likes it raised a little. filled my base with water & placed the goal on concrete patio. only thing I see that might be a problem is that the base stays flat; but the goal leans slightly.I don't think it should do this. maybe because the goal is slightly heavy at the top. thought about bracing the goal to one spot; but they like to move it around. need to keep a check on the water level due to the hot whether. I feel with the heavy top it is possible it could tip over if the water level gets low. will consider sand in base in the future. this product has slight assembly & raises up and down with ease. my grand kids love it.
