I bought this as a Christmas present but it seems to be a good deal for the amount of money I spent. I love anything Fisher Price and so will my granddaughter.
We bought two sets for our daughters first birthday, and her friends first birthday and my daughter loves it! She's had it for almost a year and still plays with it on a daily basis. She loves to "pretend" filling the cups and brings me a tea cup to sip from. She'll "pretend" to drink from them too and go "mmmmm" afterwards. Very cute toy, and excellent value for the price! I have a feeling we wont be done with this toy for at least a few more years. She enjoys it very much! I would highly reccomend this toy to any parent who is looking for an activity to do with their child. This is something we play with together all the time.
I bought this for my one year old niece's birthday. I was not sure what she would like.. when she saw it, she kept taking the lid off of the teapot and laughing. It was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it highlyl!
I purchased for my 6 month old grand daughter. She absolutely loves it. It plays music and also makes sounds when you pour the tea. Also shape sorter plate. Just adorable.
I'm very excited about purchasing this teapot. I had a tea set as a child and had lots of fun having tea with my dolls. I'm giving it to my granddaughter for her to share with my daughter. I'm looking forward to hearing how she reacts to the talking and singing teapot. For a toddler I think this is a perfect gift.
My grandaughter is 5 years old and she still plays with this tea set. We got this for her first birthday. Now her little brother is enjoying too. I have also purchased this for other kids.
I got this for my 15 mo old daughter on Rollback for $10! She loves to click together the "sweets" included with the set and throw them around. She is slowly learning how to place the correct shapes onto the plate. This set is great for teaching children about shapes and how to pretend. I laugh at those who are upset they can't use water with it. Hello? That's NOT the the purpose of this set. Kids love to pretend, hence the sound of water pouring as you tip the pot over. Why create an unnecessary mess? The music is not annoying at all, although I wish one of the songs was "I'm a little tea pot..." The volume is perfect, not loud nor soft. This set is perfect for learning to pretend. I recommend for 12 to 24 mo old girl. Nice set for the price.
This is a Christmas 2012 gift for my 2-year old granddaughter. I know she's going to like it a lot and play with it daily. I've tried this the sound is clear and the songs are cute. And of course it's good quality, it's Fisher-Price.
Love it for ages 2-6. Adorable sounds and learning features- love the sound of pouring tea. Great for imaginative play- no mess. I have purchased 4 of these over the last couple of years for granddaughters and gifts for Angel Tree. Also extremely sturdy not cheap plastic- has been dropped many times with no damage.
What sort of a teapot and cups is it when you can't put real water or juice or something in it and pour it around? The teapot is electronic and has a spot for the toddler to pour in... but it will leak down to the electronics and batteries. The shapes to be sorted have no storage to keep them in, so not losing them is a huge issue. The only usable thing in this set are the little cups. Huge disappointment and a waste of money.
