I gave this item to my 3 year old nephew for his 3rd birthday and his mom said he LOVES it and it is a GREAT gift. He was wanting to start writing letters, etc., like his big sister in Kindergarten, so this was a hit. His big sister enjoys helping him with it as well.
My son received this yesterday for his birthday. Its a major hit. I really enjoy how it encourages children to write the letters. This is an awesome toy for a great price.
The Alphabus helps my 3 year-old to see the shape of letters and practice drawing them, over and over. The multiple cards allow her to choose what she wants to write/draw next. I like the step by step voice instructions provided for drawing the shapes.
My son just turned four and I bought this for his birthday. He takes this toy every where with him. He just started Pre-K and the toy has cards that show him how to write his letters and he enjoys that. He also uses it to draw while we are traveling. Great toy.
With the TV on and children in the house; could not hear the sound on this toy. Will be returning for a refund
