[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these shears! They are a perfect size and weight to be able to hold and use for the whole time needed. The handles are shorter but that actually allows you to get closer and shape/trim a lot easier! The handles also have a nice soft grip so your hands don't slip at all. Even with gloves it is comfortable to handle and grips well. The blades are sharp and work excellent. I think these are amazing and would recommend to everyone!

Makes trimming the bushes easy because I'm able to sculpt them easier. I've also used them to trim back the overgrown rose bushes and they are sharp and with the size I'm able to trim the roses with out getting thorns everywhere

They're big enough to get some gnarly overgrown branches trimmed off but not super heavy so you can really make some headway in a short amount of time but be able to actually maneuver around the bushes and the tree with relative ease. Sharp but comes with a safety latch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was already a great admirer of Fiskers tools, but these 8 inch sculpting hedge shears are truly the nicest yard tool I've ever used. The handles are ergonomically designed for ultimate comfort and security. My hands don't get tired the way they do with other tools. The adjustable blade tension is easy to maneuver; I am able to customize the tension to my liking with very little effort at all. And best of all, the blades are sharp and precise. I can use the shears to slice through even thick branches smoothly and easily. With care, I expect I will be using these shears for a lifetime. I can't imagine a better quality tool for keeping my yard looking neat, and they're such a pleasure to use!

They are sharp and cut with ease making it easy to perfectly sculpt the shape you want. There's a lock that tightens the blade to keep it from being opened by little ones. The hand grips are non-slip and make them easy and comfortable to hold. Highly recommended!

These shears make it easy for me to reach and cut just about anything I need to. I also enjoy the fact that I can tighten the shears as they have a knob near the blades. My new favorite tool.

I found that they worked well when used with force, but only clipped small stems if not using great force. They were not useful in cutting any woody branches straw-size or greater, even with force. I prefer hand shears to these, but depending on your hedges, these do an okay job.
