i did not like that i struggled trying to connect it to the fitbit app, but once connected worked great, no issues
It was priced lower than the price on the Fitbit website. I would have paid more and that is not including shipping. It would have taken longer to receive as well.
No complaints, excellent scale. Very accurate! Connects quickly with Fitbit app.
I belong to Weight Watchers and it syncs correctly to their scale. I like that it syncs to my Fitbit so I don't have to enter it manually.
Good Scale. Bought this to go with my Fitbit. Will automatically record your weight to your fitbit app if you are wearing the fitbit when using the scale. However, there were a few incidences where it did not record to my fitbit app. Not sure if its a bug on the software
This scale does NOT sync to my app no matter what. The first ever use went smoothly, the weigh in popped up on my fitbit app all by itself. The next day I went to use it and nothing would sync. Placed my phone literally on the floor next to it and nothing. Closed the app, opened it again, nothing. So I manually input my weight and went about my day. Two days later still having the same problem except suddenly, my weigh in shows up on the app, except it's not the weight showing on the scale, but the weigh in from the previous morning. As far as scale capabilities, it does its job, it's pretty sensitive which I like because it shows changes down to the decimal. But if I wanted a regular scale I could buy a cheaper one for max 20 bucks that does the same thing. Returning it and buying the newer model from fitbit with hopes whatever glitch or bug that was is fixed.
Would have been nice to know it doesn't give you your body fat percentage before I bought it.
Refuses to sync to phone. Called Tech Support over 7 times!!!
Why would they make it more difficult to sync than the oldest models? It seems they've made this device less smart. Engineering down? Why?
Does NOT do bodyfat percentage. Never even occured to me they would take that feature out. it was the whole reason I bought the scale. All this is is a digital scale that will preload your weight into the fitbit app IF YOU HAVE THE APP OPEN. So it's not like you can weigh yourself and just know the data is logged. Total waste of money. By the time you get your phone, unlock it, open the app, set your phone down so you dont weigh the phone, what is even the point. Save your money. This is an aggregious waste of time and money. The scale doesn't even read the same twice in a row. It's just all bad and no good.
