These balls are a great simple way to help with tension built up in your hands. My hands cramp up sometimes typing all day and these have definitely been helping with that. There is 3 different firmness and I switch them throughout the day. They can help be used as great stress relievers.
I’ve suffered with carpal tunnel issues for years and have a lot of hand pain.So I bought the therapy balls to see if I could get some relief by strengthening my hands and fingers. I’ve been using daily since receiving and I’ve had some relief and will continue to use. Definitely recommend.
I’ve had carpal tunnel for years and the braces haven’t helped. After some research I learned that this would help. I’ve been using for about 5-10 minutes daily and I have less incidents of waking up in the middle of the night in pain. I also have noticed less pins and needles throughout the entire day.
Each ball has a different resistance and a made of high quality material, these are light weight and very effective for my carpal tunnel..also doubles as a great ball for grandson who is 2 and doesnt understand what they are for..we work out our hands together
These therapy balls are great. I am always trying to fit in more PT for an injury I sustained a few months ago. I keep one in my car to use while waiting for my family at different places. They are great quality and I like the varying degrees of difficulty. Fast shipping too!
I have been using these daily since receiving and I can tell a difference in my carpal tunnel. I like how it has different strengths and they are different colors so you can tell them apart. Also would be handy for anyone dealing with arthritis issues as well.
