Too much adhesive can cause oozing. To apply adhesive: Clean and dry dentures thoroughly before applying Fixodent. Apply Fixodent in strips (as shown in the diagram) or a series of dots. Do not apply too close to dentures edges. Press dentures firmly into place and hold until secure. Helpful hints: Start with a small amount of Fixodent and then adjust to avoid oozing. To avoid clogging, keep nozzle and cap dry and don't touch to wet dentures. Use a softbrush and warm water to help clean gums.
