Hose is heavy duty and with the steel braid it is heavier and not quite as flexible as the standard hose. I have used it several times and I don't think I'll have a problem with springing a leak with this hose. (The standard 50 foot hose that came on my pressure washer lasted a few days before it sprung a leak.) The Monster Hose comes with quick disconnects at both ends and you will have to purchase adapters to connect it up your Simpson pressure washer. Two day free shipping from Walmart was nice.
Great hose that is strong and somewhat flexible. Much better than original.
