It helps on those really bad days that I have trying to remember everything that I need to pick up with out my list

Easy to take and chew. Haven't taken long enough to tell if the chews are as effective as the pill form.
I had bought the product, then regretted after reading reviews. Numerous reviews said one side effect was diarrhea. Yeah that is true! I would chew these and within 1-2 hours I am in the bathroom. Is there licorice in this product? Just letting others know about the problems!
these were in my delivery yesterday. they are so stuck together, I am returning today! horrible
no idea if these work. absolutely horrific taste. I have thrown them away after chewing one. They taste like bitter vomit!!! Worst tasting supplement Ive ever tried... by far!!! Disgusting!!!
Have not notice a difference. I have taken other supplements from spring valley that I notice a difference with this product nothing
