I actually purchased the wrong item!! I wanted Flax seed meal, but I looked up recipes on Pintrest for Flax seed bread
When you find a quality product that boosts your energy levels it is difficult to not want to keep eating it I buy hole because I have a seed and spice grinder fresh is best, it comes no fresher than to grind and eat in the same minute love the seeds.
I really like having these on hand for flax eggs. Whir them up in your coffee grinder and add water.
I will only purchase these golden flax seeds from Food to Live, they offer the best and finest, in my opinion. These flax seeds are so flavorful, so fresh, we are permanent fans in our home. We use the seeds as an egg substitute for baking and in meals, and they add such buttery flavor. And mixing ground golden flax with coconut oil and a touch of salt is a remarkably tasty snack. I cannot be more pleased, thank you!

Smaller bag than usual. Didn't pay attention to that before I bought it.
I've been buying this product quite often for over a year. This last batch that I purchased had a significantly lower quality, about 1/5 of the product seems to be shelled flex seeds, instead of the the usual flex seeds I was used to getting from this seller. Since this product's quality does not serve the purpose I intended to use it for (perhaps it may be useful for making flax seed flour?) I will simply have to resort to buying from a different provider.
