I've stocked up on the Foodsaver bags in preparation for summer and all the vegetables we hope to get out of our garden. The bags are good quality and stay sealed. Great value and plan to buy again when needed.
These food saver brand rolls are definitely much better quality than any other brand I've tried. They seal up well and don't leak. Other brands that were cheaper seemed to not seal well. If you watch for a sale on these, they are a great buy! The only thing that would make these better would be a longer roll, 20' just doesn't last long enough.
These rolls are easy to cut to size for less waste when a pint or quart sized bag is just too large for your item. Easy to handle and store.
We love using our FoodSaver. We bought it last year and immediately realized how great it is. Its so much better than just putting things in a zip bag and freezing. Leftovers too. Its easy to purchase online and have it delivered to our door. Less expensive and convenient when running to our local store and finding the bags are out-of-stock.
I only use FoodSaver bags as I do a lot of Sous Vide cooking and I have never had a leak issue at any temperature even when cooking for several days. I highly recommend this product.
Don't buy any other brand for your food saving needs! Only FoodSaver works the way you want it to work by sealing correctly and staying sealed for months!
Been using FoodSaver sealers and bags for over 30+ years now and love all of the items. I have 2 sealers and 2 handheld vacuums and they are just the best. Have even butchered and sealed a whole elk in our trailer at hunt game and all with no issues.
We buy food in bulk, then divide it into meal portions, vacuum seal both for the freezer & dry food storage. Rolls in both sizes allows you to have less waste bc you can make them as big or small as you need.
The rolls of plastic are great but the tape used to seal the roll leaves a very sticky mess that must be cut off. What a waste of plastic. Should of used a rubber band no sticky mess no waste
The cord is too short and where it comes out from back of the machineir is too tight and has rubbed the cord. I broke the piece out . See attached photo. The food saver is great and I do like the store feature. Model FM2000
