The quality, ingredients, packaging are fabulous. After two weeks of taking it, my hair grows insanely. The pills are also small in size which make them easy to swallow. For my skin, the only thing I notice is my lips are not that dry like usual, so this might be the reason.
High potency biotin in vegetarian capsules. I usually go with another brand but these were on special. I see no difference to others. I like it for my hair and hopefully to get some skin benefits. Happy with quality so I'd buy again if it was on offer, though personally I prefer my little pills over capsules like these.
Bought it during trial sale, 100 capsules for less than $6, which definitely a good value. Size is good. Also, suitable for Vegan!! Quality is pretty good. Try Biotin if you've skin and nails issue

I'vebeentaking these for around 3 weeks nowand candefinitely feel the bump in my energylevels, andseem to find myself less fatigued.The capsulesare a little bigger than the 5000IU ones of otherbrands, but easy to swallowWnonetheless. good product am using it daily after hair tranplant as recommended by the doctor quality is great still did not get the results size still not get the results after using taste is fine
This Biotin is of high quality. My nails were in rough condition, and taking these capsules really improved my nails. This is a great product. I recommend you to buy it. 😊
i dont like that many vitamins and minerals have calcium in integrity that can effect the body i prefer chelated and pure materials like this bottle which is have only biotin on it
I use two of these capsules and for the first time in my life I have beautiful finger nails! Recently I was taking a medication that blocked the absorption of vitamin B's and I had trouble. When I adjusted the timing of taking the vitamin my nails improved.
Seems like a quality Biotin supplement. Bought this obviously for hair and skin health. 10k mcg seems like a dose many companies use nowadays. So as with my previous biotin supplements, I'll be keeping the dosage to one pill, once or twice a week. Will see how it goes and if I see any improvements I will keep buying.
First time trying out this brand. Still have not seen the result yet. It might take a while also because my hair have been quite severely loss for the past years. Hopefully it works great as other customers claimed. Will update again,
