You can really feel the difference this makes. I used to deal with chronic lethargy but since adding this and some of the force factor soft chews I feel amazing and never need to nap anymore. I drink mine all at once and I feel totally lifted like a new person. It's sorted out my digestion issues and I no longer suffer from painful gas and everything is regular now. Now I also use their collagen chews but my skin looks smoother and more vibrant but today I noticed how long and thick my eyelashes have gotten after just one month of using force factor smarter greens and collagen as well as their other soft chews. I'm so happy I found force factor supplements. I was sick for months and I could hardly function. Now I have sustainable energy and I feel and see the difference and couldn't ever go back to living without them
Everyone who gave it a bad review based on taste needs to mix it with something other than water!! Here try this: in your blender or nutriblend add 8-10 oz of orange juice (low sugar, organic kind if possible), your green veggie scoop, throw in 1/2 cup frozen kale, spinach or a garden mix make sure its frozen! Add 1/2 of frozen fruit I like to use pineapple, lastly add a splash of water to top it off because the frozen items will make it too thick. And voila! Taste amazing I promise.
I love this greens powder, Low Calorie, Keto friendly. I struggle with vitamin tablets upsetting my stomach (even kids vitamins) This supplement fills my nutrition gaps without stomach upset! It lists nutritional information which alot do not..it's very mild tasting and mixes into Water, Almond milk or a Protein shake easily.. If you are looking at powdered greens hoping for them to taste like Cookies you are gonna be disappointed at all brands..
No taste really except a little sweet mildly sweet. I add splenda and lemon juice to mine. I love this because I have more stamina now and instead of sleeping 4 extra hours a day I am up doing chores and jobs that have not been finished so , yes !! It works. I take one scoop a day in 8 oz cold water . I'm on day 4 and I love the results . I feel better already.
Does it taste amazing? No. But its not terrible either and does what it says. I drink it every morning and have more energy and less bloat. It is very good mixed with coconut water.
I feel like this had made a difference in my overall energy. Helps me depend less on caffeinated beverages and my energy feels more level throughout the day. I also definitely prefer drinking this instead of taking a large multivitamin. Will continue to use!
This shake is awesome! I'm always on the go and afraid I'm not able to get the nutrients my body needs- and do not want to just stop at a drive-thru when I'm on the road. Having this on hand lets me know I can give my body something healthy instead- and it's got pretty much everything you need
For everyone complaining about the taste... It's a greens supplement for sucks fake!! It's meant to provide the nutrients y'all aren't getting while constantly guzzling the crap that tastes like a ice cream sundae in a cup. Like myself, I'm sure most of us despise the taste and texture of vegetables which is why we buy these things to begin with! Yes, it DOES taste a bit "earthy", but I think it's QUITE tolerable. I'm even growing fond of it's flavor! Put on your big girl panties and do what I did when first started on green powders... Add just enough water, milk, whatever liquid works for ya, and pretend it's a shot of Jack... Then chase it with whichever drink tickles your delicate little pallete's fancy. Voilá! If THAT doesn't work for you, you've got bigger issues than a mere lack of nutritional intake! Good luck! :-) By the way. Ya can't beat the price/benefit ratio compared to all the other over-marketed, over-priced consumable dirt products out there.
naturally unflavored does not mean tasteless. it tastes like dirt. literally. i dont care how good it is or how jam packed with vitamins or superfoods etc. its absolutely repulsive. i am on a heath and fitness journey and loved the idea of getting 37 veg/fruits when im busy with my 2 young sons and am unable to eat as much as id like. but ill go without those times. im not a dramatic person amd usually can power through things but im telling you. take this at face value. save your money. this is more of a waste of $ than those claw game things are that you can never win at. youre welcome.
I was really excited to try this. It supposedly has great ingredients and I thought it would be a great addition to my health routine, giving me prebiotics and adding some nutrition to my diet. Maybe it does, but it also gave me a horrible red, blistery rash on my face and neck. It does taste pretty good for a greens powder, so I gave it a star for taste.
