Tried these because I don't get enough fruits %26 veggies into my diet. I am a senior living alone %26 many things will spoil before I am able to to use them all. These are really delicious and easy to take 2 per day as directed. I highly recommend these chews to anyone trying to live a healthier life.
These chews definitely help during the work day when getting all your vegetable servings is challenging. Restaurant and fast food salads usually fall short and vegetables usually havd the life boiled of them. These chewables are easy to carry and consume when out and about.
It's real easy not to get your veggies in when you're not a salad lover. AND with the cost of fruit a splash of apple a day won't keep the doctor away! With Smarter Greens I feel safe to say, I've got my daily full. No upset stomach like alot of Green powder drinks caused me in the past. I have to stop myself from taking more than two. Delicious!
These chews dont taste all that great but you do get used to the flavor. If you dont like how "stiff" the chews are, put in your pocket for a few minutes and they soften up. The 1st thing I noticed was my bloating is down and even my daughter said I looked less bloated. I feel better. I have more energy and dont wake up tired. I also take ashwa, modern mushrooms. Going to try the other chews. I bought my husband Beets and I have Maca in my cart now. We will definitely be getting more smarter greens, if for nothing else than bloating. my stomach feels so much better.

I haven't tried other "greens" products solely based on total servings for price that I have found elsewhere, couldnt justify me trying. When I found this product I thought it was too good to be true to find a months worth supply for $15! I have since purchased 3 in total because the flavor, texture and overall benefits I have reaped from this product have been satisfactory.
Nice tasting and easy to chew. I like having the option for getting my greens in this way.
These chews have good texture and taste. But I didn't see any difference in my energy level or digestive function. Nor did I see any changes in bowel movements meaning I couldn't tell that they have added fiber in them. I will however buy them again to see if they have a different affect after long term use.
