Been really happy taking Truflow before bed each night. Noticed that I'm sleeping better and not needing to get up through the night because I'm hungry, heard a noise, need to use the bathroom, or whatever. Keep the bottle on your bed stand like I do so you always remember to take it.
My mind tends to race right after my head hits the pillow and it usually takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to finally fall asleep. It's always been like that for me and it drive my wife nuts whenever I'm tossing and turning while she's trying to sleep. After using truflow on the very first night I was able to fall asleep faster. I've been taking it pretty much every night now , unless I forget by mistake where its part of my nighttime routine.
As a added bonus in my case, my snoring which was very heavy according to my wife, deminushed drastically so she can sleep without earplugs, due to a deeper sleep pattern for me.

Took as recommended but did not notice any great improvements. Maybe one less trip to the bathroom at night sometimes.
Fpdid not help my condition at all
My husband said it made him feel strange and did just the opposite of what it was suppose to. He immediately stopped taking. He is also taking RAMP and cant tell much difference .
