Daily use after swimming has helped to prevent further ear infections after swimming. Great product
I have been using swimmers ear drops for most of my 75 year life, as I grew up surfing, and was in training for the Olympics until my family ran out of money. The Fougera brand was the first on the market, so I used it for most of the time. I also competed in the Marine Corps. I was always getting ear infections, as sometimes I spent all day in the water. They all contain 95% Isopropyl alcohol which is why you should NEVER keep it in your ear canal for an extended period of time. Tilt your head, add a few drops, grab your ear lob, pull it in and out a few times, tilt your head the other way to drain out the liquid with the aid of a towel. This is the proper way to do it. No swimmers ear product is made for removing wax.
Gets the water out of my ear
I have used Swim Ear since I was in middle school, and through college. I went to college on a swim scholarship. For many years I got up before dawn and was in the pool for 2 hours. To ward off earaches, it was important to have dry ear canals throughout the seasons of the year [especially Winter]. It has been a companion of mine for many years, and I still use it!!
I have been using SwimEar for years, mainly to dry my ears after showers but also sometimes for use after swimming laps in pools. It is effective. I ordered from Pharmapacks when my local source stopped selling it. The price was very competitive, ordering online was logical and easy, and my order arrived as scheduled. I received tracking information online. I was pleased with the process.
A drop in each ear after they get out of the water and that is it. Great product to prevent ear infections.
This product has saved us several doctor's visits over the years. Before we started using swimmer's ear drops, our kids would get ear infections very frequently (especially during the summer when they swam often). Now we just put a couple of drops in each ear after they get out of the water, and they are good to go! This stuff helps the water to evaporate more quickly from the ears and sanitizes the canals to get rid of any unfriendly bacteria that may have been in the water. HAPPY SWIMMING!
Helps my ear clog, now Its feels great.
I have used this brand since I was a kid. I used to get ear infections all of the time. I use it less frequently now that I am in my 50's but anytime I feel water is in my ear after swimming, I immediately run for the Swim-Ear. In fact, I have 6 Golden Retrievers who love swimming in my pool. I am going to ask the vet if this product would be safe for them as well.
So it ok but not as good as the old Walmart brand...
