The Foundations Chelsea Compact Steel Crib is non-folding and can be converted to an evacuation crib with the addition of the four-inch Evacuation Casters (item 1965202, sold separately). The Foundations Chelsea Compact Steel Crib comes complete with two-inch casters (two locking), three-inch DuraLoft heavy-duty mattress and a reinforced mattress board, which adjusts to two heights. Its 360-degree welding process ensures unsurpassed strength and prevents harboring of bacteria. The nonporous, easy-to-clean, powder-coated finish is durable and long lasting. All Foundations' cribs are independently certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers' Association (JPMA) that they meet all applicable mandatory and voluntary standards published by the CPSC, ASTM and JPMA which includes 16CFR 1220 for compact cribs and 16CFR 1219 for full-sized cribs.
