"Absolutely love the 7 in 1 curling iron!! So pleased I finally went ahead and purchased it after months of deciding if I should. Well worth the investment. The larger barrel I find is the best, I love how it gives big soft waves, for days that I don't feel like to much curl in my hair. "My hair is difficult to curl but I love this wand. I prefer this to my typical/standard curling iron and beaded style wand for curling. It gives me more consistent curls, it's easier to use, my hair looks better and it's much faster. This iron gets hot quickly and has a good range of temperatures with the ability to get super hot for a longer lasting curl. Updating because I've had this for a few weeks now: still works great without any change to quality. As someone with fine hair I'd also recommend waiting a day without washing and/or using dry shampoo to hold your curls!"

"I purchased this wand for my daughter and see loves it. She wanted the option to change the heads for different styles. She was having a issue of turning on. Called customer service and walked through issue. Customer service was very helpful friendly and very prompt to help and resolve what was thought to be an issue but just human error. Would recommend product and great customer service. "

"I got this set as an add-on in my FabFitFun Fall box and tried it the next day. I was having issues with it turning on and staying on. I was super disappointed because it just looks so damn beautiful and I want to have fun and use it, so I contacted their customer service and I must say I was very impressed! I've worked in retail customer service for many many years now and must say that dealing with Terry Fox was awesome. Terry was very nice and understanding and came up with a quick solution. "I was hesitant to purchase because of the interchangeable wands and thought that they would either break or wouldn't heat well. This was not the case. It has been easy to change out the different wands and they lock securely into place. The wand is very light weight and heats quickly and stays hot the entire time curling my hair (long and thick hair). The only reason I give a 4 is that I have burned myself twice with just the most breif of contact to my skin. I think i just need to spend more time getting used to it! Also the box was a beautiful."
