I got this to test 2 Freestyle Lite glucose monitors I had. I wondered if they were working ok. Both registered exactly the same - 91 - with this control solution, showing that they were both working well. The "normal" range on the test strips is 76-114, which is printed on the test strip container. So 91 was in the middle of that range, and good.
Product arrived earlier than expected. Instructions for testing process and to verify results were clearly written. E pirating dates were clearly marked on the box.

The Freestyle control solution is a real game changer when it comes to trusting the numbers on my FreeStyle Freedom Lite glucose reader and it's so simple to use. It makes treatment decisions a lot easier, too. Also, the product was received within the free shipping delivery time.

Does what it is supposed to do...check that your monitor is reading correctly.
Not able to get at local pharmacy, was shipped quickly and was what was needed to test meter.

Directions totally confusing and very tiny to read . Need magnifying glass! Had to call Abbott twice to get explanations. Still confusing.. Agent both times had heavy accent. This had to do with the product, not the delivery.
Used this control solution on three different blood sugar monitors. None of the three measured the same, and none of them measured the blood sugar level the control solution was supposed to be. Total waste of money.
