I have an extremely active child so I like that the material is thick and the kneecap area is lined which helps to prevent the pants from becoming ripped apart at the knees.
French Toast's slim pants are the only ones that fit my son without unnecessary bunching. He is very thin, but tall and its hard to find pants that fit but are long enough. These always work.
Uniform pants for my kid. He had a previous pair and liked them enough that he actually remembered the brand name.
The fit in the waist and hip is spot on, but I'm having to reduce the leg from the thigh to the hem. 2" reduction at the thigh and a 1" reduction at the hem.
If your child is always playing around, with knees hitting the ground. Do not get these pants. The knee area wears out\fades very quickly. The stitching on and near the adjustable waistband unravels with regular washing and line drying. Not the worst brand out there other than those issues I have experienced.
The fabric was really stiff. The waistband was on the small side with wide legs. Not a good fit for my grandson.
This company runs on the small side for size, I ordered a size up from what my son wears now and they were almost too small, quality seemed good and the price was good. If you order these, make sure you are getting at least one size up from what you were wanting.
Definitely way too small
I would never purchase your brand if I wasn't forced to period. I purchased so many pairs of pants, and they all shrunk to a new size 8 from a 10. The material is worse than sandpaper, cutting through my child's skin. The patches for the knees to protect come off in the wash. There is no waistband in there, so the growing children must throw the pants away and get new ones and a larger size. I detest your brand and I tell everybody. Your company is only out to rip parents off of their money because you're clothes shrink severely and a very uncomfortable. There's no choice to have a zip up sweater and cotton. It's only an acrylic I don't like acrylic.
I had the worst experience and I will not order form French Toast next year for my child. They sent me the wrong size pants for my son and he starts school next week and they expected me to pay for them again while they hold my money up for the incorrect pants they sent me during the refund process. How do you bag sizes 40 34, and 36 34 in bags stamped with sizes 32 34 which is what I ordered. Really. 😡
