The basil I received was packaged poorly and mostly wilted, I was only able to salvage a couple leaves from it. This is more a case of employees not rotating produce the way they should which is something I notice happens frequently at WalMart. More often than not the meat and produce I receive is just not good. It's not a reflection of the product itself, just a reflection of how little WalMart employees care because WalMart sucks the life out of you.
