Half of the bag of grapes are brown, discolored, and smooshy. I have to drive to the store to do a return on food that was picked out for me?! Normally it’s just credited. Now I have to take time out of my day to return these gross grapes. I was planning on renewing my Walmart plus membership, however I’m definitely not going to renew it anymore. I’ll go with Thrive Market and other local competitors.
It was like throwing our money away. These grapes would NOT have been anyone’s choice in any store, After taking photos, these grapes went straight from the Walmart bag and into the trash. Other times the grapes delivered were like the ones WE pick when we shop in the store. I guess it depends on who is filling the order.
Well, it seems like Walmart has a big problem with thecgrapes, So many bad reviews. I got my very expensive grapes however, they are sour and there are a lot missing., lots of empty stems. The ziplock bag is broken. Mushy brown grapes on the bottom. Id like a refund I cannot drive because I have no car and I am in a wheelchair in assisted-living. I can’t come back to the store and bring the rotten grapes. Delivery from Walmart is a breeze and i depend on you. Thank you for always delivering excellent service except for these grapes
i came across a SPIDER WITH WEB AND EGGSACK as i went in to reach for a grape. Thank god one of my kids wasn't the one to make this disgusting discovery. I suggest the company thoroughly check the produce when unloading. a reimbursement of some sort would be appreciated.
I’m going to put these in for a return…again. It’s really too bad. Pulled out the grapes from the bag, 95% were off the stem, several had started to rot at the bottom of the bag. I’m convinced Walmart has a special produce section for home delivery that they pull from and they bank on the fact people are too lazy to go into the store, they’re too lazy to ask for a return. I really wish they would improve their produce delivery, I’m super happy with everything else.
I only have one bag of grapes, but I ordered two last time I ordered from you guys. I was missing one of my cream cheeses but I didn’t make a big deal about it but I’m making a big deal about this because I ordered two bags of grapes, and I only received one. It was not a substituted item, so I’m not understanding why I did not receive two bags, the young man took a picture of the groceries before he delivered all of the groceries. I would really like a refund for one of the bags I did not receive.
We buy these grapes all the time. They used to be very good. The last couple of orders have been old and soft. The most recent order is half rotted. Just received them about one hour ago. They are visibly spoiled, yet were picked for my order. I have requested a refund.
It would be very kind of the workers to select quality products, it is not pleasant when they send fruits and vegetables that are spoiled, if I had the time I would choose them myself, but that is not the case and that is why I have to use the pick up service, but it is stressful that they give me things like this
Im always scared to add certain things to my curbside pickup but I went for it and added grapes. Well I paid a little over $6 for them and when I get home, half of the grapes were bad. I wish the workers were a little more considerate but then my fault for not doing my own grocery shopping.
The grapes looked as if someone ate on them while they shopped and sat them down far away from cooler. Half of the cluster of grapes were only dried up vines. This is the first time I have been disappointed with any grapes purchase, there was one small cluster of healthy grapes, but even those were eaten off of.
