How did I get charged 19.88 for 4 kiwi please explain

Extremely disappointed. All four fruits were mushy and wrinkled. None were fresh, completely inedible. We're on a fixed income. this was an extreme waste of money.
Damaged kiwis.
WHEN I RETURNED HOME FROM WALMART AND PUT AWAY MY GROCERIES, LAST NIGHT, I WAS FURIOUS. My mother has been against this (what I call wonderful) "new-ish" service that walmart offers, the Order Online and Pick Up. No need to walk the store, (when you have mobility prob's, that can be a painful, tough thing to do), make decisions on the fly, no corona virus worries..... I have been a HUGE proponent of the pick up service, all of its PLUSSES, I don't even give credit to any possible negatives ever brought up, except this one: When you use the pick up, the only bad thing is that it keeps me out of the clearance aisle. On the other side, the good thing is, I save a little money, cause I stay out of the clearance Aisle. LOL My mama always worries about someone else picking out her produce or meat. I ASSURE her, the folks they have "shopping" DO have brains and I've NEVER had the first complaint about the food picked for me. UNTIL LAST NIGHT......THREE OF THE FOUR KIWI'S THAT WERE PICKED FOR ME WERE ROTTEN. They were wet, they were ENTIRELEY squishy and disgusting. NOW I KNOW YOU GUYS AT WALMART ARE BETTER THAN THAT...... please, return to doing your jobs, and doing them well. I'll get a little refund on those kiwi's - but that's not the point. The ONE, in photo taht's any good is the lighter colored....The others are disgusting. We're having salad tonight and there's not enough kiwi fruit to add to salad AND i'll have to go back out again. Thanks for listening.
I only got one kiwi for 4$ I think there’s a mistake maybe in the app or maybe the shopper read it wrong I’m not sure. I don’t think 4.28 is an appropriate amount for one kiwi though
Dislike!!! First time i had a issue with anything from your store. Kiwi was SMUSHED all overbag and other produce. The kiwi was obviously no good to in that condition. Not deliver persons fault, product was bad!!! Had to throw out! put immediately in garbage and tried and to clean off other produce and my refrigerator drawer that had a bottom of oozed kiwi all over it. In this heat produce especially should be checked better before selling. Have to check the ripeness of other produce and expiration dates on products and fresh meat now after seeing that. Its extremely expensive to buy groceries even more for fresh produce. I normally get the sungold kiwi that comes in a plastic container 2lb.. but the price went up yo $8. 98!!! So i was only able to get 4 kiwi at $.50 each, with 2 looking like they were eggs thrown on Halloween and the other two completely caved in when lightly touched, normally i have to wait a day or two to give my daughter the kiwi to eat till its more ripe. Very disappointed! Only reason ive been shopping at Walmart for groceries is because I'm disabled, i dont drive and rely completely on SNAP, when i saw walmarts took snap i was excited and surprised they took it. Hesitate to buy produce and meat with out seeing it, i had no choice and never had a bad selection delivered prior to this. I hope this was a one time thing , it scares me to get products again from you, every single item i have to go through my list and get it down to the absolute most necessary and beneficial for my daughter and it takes time when money is extremely limited and getting a single peach or similar item is $1.39 each. It adds up fast, to see kiwi, that i normally would of bought prepackaged but the price has more than doubled, come so over ripe it shouldn't be for sale its very upsetting and disturbing. That is 4 pieces of fresh fruit less my daughter has now. Probably seems like nothing, but every penny counts and its a struggle for everyone. Ive never written a Walmart review before, but try and leave reviews for the delivery people because of their help they are providing me. Please see attached photos. Ill be writing the store directly, especially since i cant drive there to hand them the gross produce, that does have a foul odor. Kiwi doesn't do this unless not good!! Had to give 1 star to submit should be -stars
4 of 6 had rotten spots on them when we were putting up groceries last night. They are out of season so may have been little to pick from, but not eatable.
