Dislike, too many spoiled greens and two handfuls of green stems
Fresh and has a good mustard flavor, but these greens are too tough. Cooking them too long results in a bad flavor while still remaining tough. Adding baking soda or vinegar does not tenderize them enough. Freezing them after they are cooked seems to help a little. Seems as if the variety being sold in this package becomes more tough with each successive package I have bought over years.

Greens was discolored and rotten
The bag says mustard greens and the picture shows mustard greens but the greens in the package are not mustard greens. Mustard greens are kinda "curly". These are flat. They aren't collard greens either. I'm guessing they are turnip greens.
