I ordered a bag of Honey crisp apples for delivery from the Tewksbury Massachusetts store and it was substituted with a bag of pink lady apples and 5 of the 9 apples were rotten This store is notorious for selling me rotten food for delivery
My bag of apples came either one fully rotten apple in the bag - decomposing already. It completely ruined the whole bag and I dont know how your employees didnt see it.
Five of the 7 apples in the bag has at least one rotten or very bruised spot on it. This is totally unacceptable. Why should I pay for something I can't eat?
All the apples in the bag were of no use. The person who selected it did not care to check the quality. I've been trying to do a return online and it keeps saying tech. problems.

we ordered a 3 pound bag of pink lady apples. There are 8 apples in the bag. 5 of the 8 apples are bad. Three are badly bruised and two apples are busted. You can tell they have been busyed for a while because it isn't juicy around the busts.
We had not one, but two completely rotten apples in the bag. As a result the entire bag of apples was inedible as they all showed signs of being rotten :(
