They were molded %26 going bad should have been RTV'd as a loss %26 tossed. Should have taken the time to look for good looking tomatoes for their family so that I could have had decent tomatoes but I was only able to use 1/3 of one %26 3/4 of another ridiculous %26 very bad customer service. I need to be refunded at the very least… I shop at this store sometimes twice daily
Driver Laurel saw the Ulysis store team member THROW the two package tomatoes into her car. Laurel immediately found one or two tomatoes spoiled asking the Ulysis team member to replace the tomatoes. The Ulysis team member refused stating that the customer should cal ?costumer service?, complaint, ask for a replacement! So VERY SAD!
Did a pick up order.. Got molded tomatoes.
One out of 2 tomatoes was rotten. I feel like Walmart shoppers are instructed to pick the bad. Always something.
How can someone shop for an online order and choose rotten tomatoes ? Just ordered and picked up today!
Picked my curbside order and when I got my tomatoes out and noticed they were rotten. Called the Auburn store and told the customer service lady that I received rotten tomatoes and it wasn't worth me driving there and getting a replacement or refunded because it cost more in gas than what they cost me ($2.74). She sounded more annoyed with the call I made. She said she would let them know when I told her the pullers should check the produce better. I told her that $2.74 adds up after a while and she said yes it does. I think she could have asked me for the order number and refunded me. I worked in customer service and that was the first thing we asked for on the phone so we could find the the item they were referring to. That's what they do when you take something in for a return oh that's right they scan the bar code which is the order number hmmm. I would give them no stars if I could.
Highly Disappointed In The Shopper Who Picked The Pack Of Tomatoes. The Top Has Mold Growing On It ! How Did This Shopper Think This Was Ok To Bag And Send Off? I Am A Shopper For W Different Store And This Is Definitely Not Acceptable ! I completed a mobile order and picked up my items at curbside 3:26pm 9/17, which was approximately 20 minutes ago. I'm putting away my items and it is EXTREMELY CLEAR the tomatoes they gave me are rotten. Those who are picking up items should ensure they are not giving customers rotten items.
BE AWARE!! Employees do not know how to select produce that is fresh.. my tomatoes were rotten and had grey mold all on top and juice leaking out.. This happens most of the time.. Employees are not monitored to select fresh produce..
dont order these in pick up, they will give u the bruised, old ones because workers dont pay attention to what their picking for the customers' orders.
