Anyone who has cooked spinach knows that it shrinks in size and a normal size bunch won't serve more than 2 people. I was shocked when I saw how big the bunches of spinach were. Most stores have bunches half the size and at a higher price. But, these bunches can easily serve 3 people, if used moderately.
