I just opened the box and saw that strawberries are grey mold spoiled and not in a good condition to eat at all. these are the photos of different strawberries
Horrible quality. Unripe but somehow mushy. Spilled in my bag. I am definitely done getting produce through pickup. They always pick the worst stuff and I’m not that picky. Picture of all the ones I had to throw away because they were slimy and soft.
Got Box of strawberries on my pick up order and only 5 ripe berries all the rest were white and very unripe. looked how to ripen them but they started getting brown spoiling spots on them. All inedible waste of money. The only reason I ordered them was when I Ordered the same ones for Valentine’s Day two weeks ago to dip in chocolate and they were great all ripe and big strawberries. Don’t trust pickup on strawberries???
okay so did the home delivery just had spinal surgery cant drive needed groceries forst it was 4 hours late for delivery. which means dinner was late. then my produce wasnt any good it was moldy and 1800walmrt is a joke it is now almost 9 pm and still not corrected
When I got home, I discovered that several of the strawberries in the package were moldy, and many are ready to go bad. This is not the quality of produce that I would pick. Are in store shoppers aware of how to pick quality produce, or are they supposed to push the bad produce onto the online shoppers? If this continues, I will be done shopping at Wal-Mart altogether.
the whole containers waa bad l had to throw it all away the person that pick this for me definitely didn't know how to buy strawberries or shop my plantains were all yellow too not green l don't eat yellow plantains and the reason why some us paid for this service is because we cannot get to the store l got a broken rotator cuff so lm on restriction to drive otherwise l would go get my own groceries
I have always gotten decent produce when ordering a pick up order. However, I was very disappointed in the berries I received today. If we didn’t live 2 hours away, I would have returned them. They look like the tops had been frozen at some point in time and over half were either moldy or deteriorating. Walmart should be embarrassed to sell these to any customer.
I recently received a delivery of strawberries, and unfortunately, I'm disappointed to report that the batch had visible signs of fungus. This greatly impacted the overall quality and freshness of the product. I hope this issue can be addressed for future orders.
This was the worst box of strawberries I have ever had. Never would have bought them in person but couldn’t get to the store. At least 1/3 of each berry was white instead of red! Many of them also had soft mushy spots, probably frozen. It was for New Year’s Eve so I tried to salvage a few pieces for my grandkids but ended up throwing over half of them in the garbage! They may not look that bad in the photo but I didn’t take a picture of all the white stem ends and tips because they were deeper in the garbage. These are soft and mushy.
When I received the item initially I did notice some discoloration and towards the bottom and center I found they were starting to mold and others are squishy and just not eatable. I’m not sure it shows up well in photos as it’s just starting to spread and the squishy ones I don’t know how to get that across in photo but I’m very disappointed and would like them either replaced or refunded.
